At GOALY we want you to love your poster. If you don't, you can return it.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving any reason, in accordance with European Union consumer law.

How to request a return

1. Email us at goaly433@gmail.com with your order number and the products you want to return.
2. We'll reply with the instructions and the return address.
3. Send the product in its original packaging or one that protects it properly. The poster must be in perfect condition, without marks, folds or damage caused by use.

Return costs

Unless the product arrives damaged or is incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damaged or incorrect products

If your poster arrives damaged or isn't the one you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging. We'll send you a new one or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, we'll refund you within 14 days at most, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or design, the quickest way is to return the product and place a new order.
