1. Who we are

This online store is run by GOALY (Fuenlabrada, Madrid, Spain · goaly433@gmail.com) and operates on the Shopify platform. By browsing the store or placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products

We sell football posters and decorative prints. We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but they may vary slightly depending on each device's screen. Lifestyle photos are for guidance only and the decorative items shown in them are not included in the order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you complete your purchase. Payment is made securely through the methods available at checkout.

4. Orders

When you complete your purchase you'll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, lack of stock or suspected fraud. In that case, we'll refund the full amount.

5. Promotions

Active promotions, such as "Buy 2 and save €7", are applied automatically in the cart unless stated otherwise. They can't be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated, and may be changed or ended at any time without affecting orders already placed.

7. Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase. See the details in our refund policy.

8. Intellectual property

The designs, texts, photographs and other content in this store belong to GOALY or their respective owners. They may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
